In my mind, it is never TOO early to start planning for a big night, especially like New Year’s Eve! New Year’s Eve is one event that I try to get a new dress for every year (which is either a great excuse to buy something new or it is necessary). I studied in Wales for a semester when I was in school and made many trips to England. It’s beautiful there! I will definitely take a look.
I have not started looking for a dress yet but need to!! I really like that center one, the one sleeve lace so so pretty.
