Weekend Recap

   

Hello! I know I have been blog absent for a few days, which is why I just wanted to do a quick recap of my weekend and what’s been going on!  I went back to Iowa to have a girl’s weekend with my friends and it was once again an amazing trip! Here are just a couple pictures from the weekend (the first one was my pathetic attempt to take one of all of us and then I handed it to my friend to take the second!).  It was really fun, but I am pretty tired from all the traveling and celebrations the past couple weekends!

When I got home yesterday, we watched the Superbowl and ordered wings… I was routing for the Patriots and my boyfriend was routing for the Giants.  Glad I didn’t make any bets on this game, but it was still fun to watch and just relax!

And on another side note:  I promise to get some outfit pictures taken this week, last week was kind of chaotic (well in general) and that my closet had a leaky pipe that caused my carpet to get wet and it took all week to sort out (not to mention it ruined two pairs of my suede boots, sad day).  Today maintenance is coming to shampoo the area that got wet, to just make sure it is clean so I am very happy about that!  But because of this problem I have clothes and shoes scattered throughout the apartment: in our spare bedroom, in the corner of our room and in my bathroom.  Basically our apartment is chaos right now and its been hard for me to find my shoes/clothes this past week 🙂 Once that is taken care of today, I can put my closet back in order (and our apartment) and get back to putting my outfits together!
