Fashion & Beauty Pet Peeves #1

So I’m starting a new series called Fashion & Beauty Pet Peeves and I just want to let you know that this is supposed to be a fun series that hopefully will generate some conversation and perhaps lead to solutions (yay!), not  meant for me to just complain about this and that (although I do seem to be particularly good at that some days…) But let’s be honest… I am really fortunate in life!

If you are a lover of beauty and fashion, this might be some annoyances we have all experienced.  And with that said, here it goes:

And the saying goes: “No need to cry over spilled milk,” but I’m pretty sure if you have dropped your make-up it is almost cry-worthy. I don’t know how many times this has happened to me, but it is seriously irritating… especially if I JUST bought new make-up.  I don’t know that there is a solution for my clumsiness, but I have lost toner, powder, eye-shadow and blush in the past few months!  I think the ultimate solution for me woulld be to have a vanity, but currently we do not have room in our apartment for me to get a vanity. So I just need to stop dropping things!

Oh, also with this pet peeve, not only do you lose beauty products, but it seems to be impossible to clean up off the floor! And I don’t know about you but it kind of freaks me out to know that this stuff that is taking me a good 15 minutes to wipe up off my bathroom floor goes on my face everyday… what’s up with that?!
