Sunshine, sun hats and sunglasses. It is officially summertime! I could not be more excited for this summer. In Minnesota (I know all of us Minnesotans say it) is seriously the best. There’s so much to do, a lake no matter what direction you drive in, great beer, great food and certainly great company.

I’ve been brunching a lot lately with my good friend Mel and wore this outfit back over Memorial Day weekend when we headed to Excelsior. While we wanted to stop at Lagos Tacos, we ended up at Yumi’s Sushi Bar because apparently everyone else wanted tacos that day too! The food was quite delicious.
I’m hoping to do a round up of some of my favorite brunch and restaurant spots here soon, so stay tuned. In other news, this lace top is the perfect black t-shirt – it has a little bit of extra detail to give it that extra special feel.
