Open-slit kimono dress for spring and summer

Every time spring hits in Minnesota, it’s like breathing in new life. Just a bit of sunshine can equate to hours of happiness. Dear sunshine, please never leave. It also means it’s time to pull out my favorite spring and summer clothes! From open-toed heels this kimono wrap dress with a slit, I’m hoping the spring and summer months won’t pass us by too quickly because right now I’m in love.

I feel I have sang a similar ode to the sun, and it’s especially hard when you have beautiful warm days book-ended by grey chilly ones. But to get out the sandals and the straw hats, even for a day, it’s the best.

What a pretty maxi dress Rachel! Love the color, print, and the slit. Love the backdrop on these photos too! Yay for sunshine and warmer weather! Seriously, I hope time slows down between now and September. 😉

Gorgeous dress! I’m not usually a dress type of girl as I’d say my style is more tomboy chic. Is that even a thing of did I make that up? Haha. Anyway you’re making me want to pick up this dress now though.

Haha! That does make sense Leigh :) And yay! I definitely tend to opt for more feminine pieces anyway, but this dress is definitely a keeper!
