September was a good shopping month for me, which means I didn’t spend much money. Moving to a new place (with crazy dog deposit fees) and my sister’s wedding means no spare money on clothes, shoes and accessories I don’t need. But I can’t resist shopping at least a little bit 😉

2. Mustard Blouse – Simply Vera by Vera Wang Thrifted for $8.99 (Similar)
3. Midi Skirt – Gap Thrifted for $8.99 (Similar)
4. Cardigan – Christopher & Banks Thrifted for $6.99 (Similar)
TOTAL: $49.96
YES! Under $50… that makes me extremely happy! Plus, I think having a sort of shopping ban has been good for me. I will admit that I haven’t worn a ton of things from my July buys, but I’ve already worn this necklace twice, skirt three times, blouse once and cardigan once!

I usually shop at Goodwill (a few locations, I’ll switch it up from time to time) but I found the blouse and skirt at a thrift store in Savage MN called Treasures Thrift Store! It is only slightly more pricey than Goodwill, but it isn’t as crowded and a lot easier to find nice brands! It is definitely going to be a new thrifting spot for me! Makes me want to take a whole weekend to discover thrift stores near by 🙂
