Fashion & Beauty Pet Peeve #2

When you’re in a rush in the morning… there are a lot of things that can go wrong.  It’s always nice though when are pleasantly surprised that your hair looks good, your make-up isn’t smudged and your shoes match.  This pet peeve has happened to me before, but I usually catch it! On the days you don’t… it can lead to some serious embarrassment!

So, when you put your shirt on inside out and the seams are ridiculously hidden (as if you are supposed to wear it inside out or something) and end up going to work and an after work happy hour that way… well so much for looking put together!  This just happened to me earlier this week and I went ALL day without anyone noticing until happy hour.  I literally ran into the restroom and switched my shirt right away! The funny thing is that I saw my blouse in the mirror how many other times that day? Jeesh… I only had two really important work meetings that day too! Oh well! I’m not sure there is a solution for this, except to just play it off as cool if someone realizes you are wearing your shirt inside out 🙂
