Being Different, Being You

I think being different is something that constantly runs through our minds. We may ask ourselves “How can I differentiate myself at work, from my peers, from my siblings?” If you are like me, sometimes you feel lost and wonder if you really have anything special to offer.

This quote is actually from Lil Wayne and it has me pondering and thinking about how true this is. In life, we differentiate ourselves by being who we are, not what we think other people want us to be or acting a certain way to please others. This quote really struck me and has reminded me to stay true to myself, my passions and my love of life. Be you and be different.
