Today I am a quarter of a century old. Last year, I was really unhappy about “getting old,” which I realize is silly now. This year I feel much more relaxed about it… after all, next year is my golden birthday so at least I have that to look forward to, right?! I don’t know what I once thought life at 25 would be like, but I know I pictured it differently. All I can say is I’m so happy and so fortunate, even though I pictured things going a little differently. I have down to earth friends who would do anything for me, a family that is always there to offer support and my best friend who I get to spend each and every day with.
What more could a girl want for her birthday? Nothing. I am just excited to be spending the day with loved ones!
