As much as I love my work uniform (seen here) for the spring and summer… there are still days that the air conditioning is on full blast and I freeze at work. This is when layering is key. I can stand the chill on my legs (even though I get goosebumps and then so much for shaving everyday), but when my arms get cold, it is almost unbearable. That’s why this is another key work outfit for me: Light-weight sweater layered over chambray (or a collared button up).
This combination along with my full skirt from Banana Republic, vintage necklace, bow belt and teal heels makes another comfy, easy to throw on outfit that is all set for the office! I totally feel your pain! I have a giant fleece I usually end up wearing at work since it’s always freezing in the office! Love that skirt on you – the volume and print are lovely 🙂

Man my office is always so cold, too. I never wear skirts without tights cause I freeze. I even have a little space heater under my desk that I use YEAR-ROUND! I think it may just be me because I’m incessantly cold. I keep a sweater here always just in case! Haha. 🙂
