Happy Monday friends! This past weekend was an amazing, yet crazy one. My family hosted and celebrated two showers this weekend – my little sister’s bridal shower and my older sister’s baby shower. SURPRISE! I’m going to be an aunt!!!!!!!!!!!
This year is going to be a life-changing, epic one for my family. My little sister and I are getting married, my older sister is having her first baby, and the first grandchild of our family, and my mom is retiring. So many reasons to celebrate. So many reasons to be thankful. So many reasons to have a full heart. As you might imagine, I’m a bit exhausted from all the fun, but wanted to share what I wore to the first shower, my little sister Kaitlyn’s bridal shower. I was hosting the Bridal Jeopardy game, so wanted to make sure I was comfy.
That’s why when I found this light-blue, floral maxi dress (with a gorgeous slit) from Marshall’s, I knew I needed to make it mine. Not to mention, it was only $19.99. I will certainly be rewearing this dress into the spring and summer months!
More details on the showers to come later this week, including how I created and hosted the Bridal Jeopardy game!
